They’ve been handpicked by David Schulman, M.S., LMHC for their humanity, wisdom, and capacity to conduct high impact developmental experiences. Program Highlights

DBS Coaching Passport programs begin with our simple client onboarding process, a series of succinct, thought-provoking exercises that help us begin to know you. We use what we learn to pair participants with a great coach, and prepare the coach for the engagement.

For the duration of the program, coaches work privately with each participant by telephone during two, forty-five minute sessions per month. Using a highly focused, results-oriented session structure, coaches rapidly identify developmental themes, help the participant shape goals around them and get into action. Sessions always include the opportunity to address emerging challenges as participants work towards their larger goals.

To maintain focus and momentum between sessions, participants self-assess, log and share their results, insights and new concerns with their coach. Coaches respond to these mid-period reports with feedback and support.
