Behavior ReDesign and Relationship Fitness™ is an intensive program for key people within your organization who need to change their ineffective or troubling behaviors and relating styles.
In a confidential, one-to-one partnership with the coach, willing participants are afforded the opportunity to:
- Decommission and replace negative behaviors with positive ones
- Implement more effective ways of connecting and leading
- Navigate their organization’s culture and environment more successfully
With rigorous support across sixteen (16) weeks, participants work toward the program goals by:
- Better understanding why they behave and relate as they do
- Seeing themselves as others experience them
- Developing and deploying self-awareness and self-management strategies
- Creating a refreshed personal vision
Candidates must be pre-qualified for participation in the program. Qualification includes a fact-finding session with the candidate’s leader and/or HR, a private interview with the candidate, and a joint session with both. Should the candidate fail to qualify or decline participation, the joint session is replaced by a strategy session to support their leader, going forward.
